Q Beyond the vehicle, how are you addressing service and maintenance support for fleet reliability? Saurav Kumar: For us, at Euler Motors, fleet reliability isn’t just about how the vehicle is built; it’s about how it performs every single day in the hands of our customers. Reliability has been engineered not only into the product, but into the entire ownership and service ecosystem. With over 11,000 vehicles already on the road, our focus has been clear from day one: durability, long-term performance, and customer uptime. Many of our fleet partners have clocked over one lakh kilometres in less than three years, which speaks volumes about both the strength of our vehi - cles and the robustness of our support network. Our goal is simple: to keep every Euler vehicle earning, every single day. We achieve this through a combination of reli- able engineering, localised service infrastructure, proactive maintenance programs, and dedicated on-ground support teams. It’s this ecosystem approach that builds lasting trust with our customers and ensures that transitioning to electric doesn’t mean compromising on operational reliability; it ac - tually enhances it. Q How localised is the Turbo EV 1000 in terms of compo - nent sourcing, battery packs, and electronics? Saurav Kumar: The Turbo EV 1000 is one of the most deeply localised electric commercial vehicles in its class, not just as - sembled in India but truly engineered and built here. Almost every core system that defines the vehicle’s performance and reliability has been designed and developed in-house at Euler Motors. This includes the chassis, battery pack, battery management system (BMS), motor controller, vehicle control unit (VCU), and telematics, all developed and manufactured domestical - ly. Such a high level of localisation gives us strategic control over cost, supply chain resilience, and product evolution. By building these critical systems in India, we’ve not only achieved strong cost competitiveness but also ensured that the Turbo EV 1000 is perfectly tuned to Indian road and op - erating conditions, where durability, uptime, and efficiency truly define success. For us, localisation isn’t just a manufacturing choice, it’s a strategic foundation for building scalable, sustainable elec- tric mobility for India. Q Are there any plans for exports or partnerships to take this technology to global emerging markets with similar logistics needs? Saurav Kumar: The Turbo EV 1000 has been engineered to meet global standards of performance, safety, and efficiency, not just India’s. Our goal was to create a product that could compete with the best in the world. Given its design, price point, and localised engineering, the vehicle is well-positioned for future expansion while remaining accessible to cost-sen - sitive logistics markets. Our immediate focus is on deepening our presence and scale within India; the technology platform and manufacturing capabilities are export-ready. We’re al - ready exploring opportunities for strategic partnerships that can help us take this technology to similar markets globally. Q What is Euler Motors’ long-term roadmap? Are you planning to expand into larger trucks, intercity logistics, or new battery technologies? Saurav Kumar: Our long-term roadmap focuses on building a scalable electric mobility platform through deep in-house innovation and vertical integration. In the near term, we aim to expand from around 60 cities and 80 showrooms to 100 cities by the end of this financial year, strengthening our pan-India presence. With products like the HiLoad EV, Tur - bo EV 1000, and Storm Long Range 1500, we have created a strong lineup for last-mile and intra-city logistics. The next step is to scale production, add new variants, and deepen our reach across logistics hubs. Our integrated technology plat - form and R&D capabilities also position us to expand into larger payload applications, intercity logistics, and advanced battery technologies in the future. 28 energetica INDIA- November_2025 INTERVIEW
