ciency gains come from ultra-low dielectric losses and consis- tent conductivity. Ultimately, the technology extends cable life significantly and protects against failures that could otherwise lead to power losses or safety risks. This is why E-Beam cross-linking is widely used in nuclear, aviation, and defence industries – and we are proud to bring that level of reliability to the solar sec- tor. Q Anand E-Beam Cables has been growing steadily over the past few years. Could you share insights into your current manufacturing capacity and upcoming expansion plans? Rajan Saspara: We have invested heavily in creating one of India’s most advanced cable manufacturing facilities with in-house Electron Beam Accelerator technology. Today, our plant has the capability to manufacture a wide range of EBXL cables, from solar DC cables to specialised industrial and automotive applications. To meet the rising demand, we are now expanding both ex- trusion and E-Beam processing capacity. We are adding new high-speed extrusion lines, increasing our electron beam ca- pacity, and enhancing our testing infrastructure to meet glob- al compliance requirements. Our goal is to scale to 3–4X our current capacity over the next 2–3 years, supported by automation, digitalisation, and expanded product lines. This expansion aligns with our vision of becoming a leading global supplier of technologically ad- vanced cables from India. Q How are you expanding your domestic and export foot- print? Which international markets are you focusing on? Rajan Saspara: In India, we are strengthening our presence across the solar EPC ecosystem by partnering with leading developers, distributors, and OEMs. We are also expanding into EV, automotive, and industrial segments where EBXL technology offers clear advantages. On the global front, we are receiving strong interest from the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia. These re- gions are prioritising high-efficiency solar installations and are looking for dependable, certified cable solutions. We are currently in the process of getting our products certified un - der international standards to enter these markets at scale. Our export strategy is simple: deliver world-class technology at competitive Indian manufacturing costs. This approach positions us strongly as a preferred global supplier. Q What are your key goals for the next 2–3 years, in terms of innovation, capacity, and market leadership? Rajan Saspara: Our focus for the next few years is crystal clear: • Innovation: Introduce new EBXL products for solar, auto- motive, EV, railways, and industrial applications, including UL and other globally certified cables. • Capacity Expansion: Build a scalable, fully automated pro- duction ecosystem with higher E-Beam throughput and world-class quality control. • Market Leadership: Establish Anand E-Beam Cables as In - dia’s most trusted brand for high-performance, long-life ca- bles, and significantly expand our footprint in export mar - kets. We want to redefine what cable reliability means in renewable energy and emerging high-performance sectors. Our mission is to ensure that every customer, whether in India or abroad, associates our brand with advanced technology, long-term safety, and uncompromising quality. energetica INDIA- November_2025 21 INTERVIEW
