Su-Kam bags the National Quality Excellence Awards 2014

Su-Kam Power Systems Limited, has bagged the National Quality Excellence Award 2014 for being the ‘Most Innovative Company’ in the Power Back up industry in India. The awards were organized by ‘Stars of the Industry Group’ and endorsed by ‘World Quality & Congress Awards’ and ‘Asian Confederation of Businesses’. 

Speaking on the occasion, Kunwer Sachdev, Founder & Managing Director, Su-Kam, said, “We are honored to be recognized for our commitment towards offering our customers quality products backed by unique innovations to suit their every power back-up need. Su-Kam’s mantra to constantly innovate and acclimatize its products according to the customer’s needs and requirements is the driving factor behind the company’s unsurpassed excellence.”

Su-Kam’s everlasting spirit and drive to bring about continuous innovations in technology and products has paved the path for changing the face of the power back up industry and for other players to follow in line. Su-Kam was the first company in the power back up industry in India to set up an in-house R&D unit that churned out highly advanced power back up products and technologies that changed the face of the inverter industry and paved the way for other players to adopt the technologies introduced by Su-Kam.

The Su-Kam R&D center was recognized by the Central Government's Department of Scientific and Industrial Research in the year 2002. The company’s R&D team has developed various new products and has filed the highest number of patents in the industry. Su-Kam is credited with the largest number of patents filed for technology and design and has over 80 technology patents, 180 Copyrights and 170 trademarks filed to its credit. With nearly 2 technology patents filed every month, the company expects to file an impressive 100 technology patents by this year end.
