Although it has only been six months since Seros was established, we have come a long way. We have quickly become a major player in the oil and gas drilling industry and are working with multiple private players and oil majors.

Currently, we have 20+ rigs in our portfolio, and we are continuously expanding our operations. We are committed to providing safe and reliable energy solutions to our customers and stakeholders. We are also exploring and developing new resources and technologies that enhance our competitiveness and sustainability. We attribute our success to the hard work and dedication of our team. Que: What technologies are you leveraging to boost the contract drilling service?

Ans: Technology has played a significant role in optimizing the performance of oil and gas drilling operations. It has helped to reduce costs, lower emissions, and increase productivity. At Seros, we have leveraged several technology applications in our Energy division to enhance our operations and achieve better results. One of the technologies we use is Yield, Energy, and Throughput (YET) optimization, which improves well and reservoir management and increases production. We also use advanced connectivity technologies such as enterprise cloud computing exchange that improves data analytics, asset reliability, and operational safety.

Our drilling operations are also supported by the use of rotary drilling technology. This technology involves the continuous circular rotation of the bit and circulation of drilling fluids, which can break rocks more effectively and safely than other methods. However, technology transformation for oil and gas companies requires overcoming cultural and organizational barriers, aligning on value creation, and scaling up successful pilots. We have had the privilege of working with multiple gas and oilfield owners, and our team has delivered safe, reliable, and efficient drilling operations to prestigious clients such as Essar and ONGC. While we are proud of our track record and the relationships we have built with our existing clients, we are always looking to expand our portfolio and add new clients to our list. Our commitment to excellence, safety, and sustainability sets us apart from our competitors, and we are confident that we can deliver value to any potential client that we work with.

Que: How does the company aim to increase its footprint?

Ans: Seros has rapidly grown to become one of India's premier drilling and well services companies, and we are constantly expanding our offerings to meet the evolving needs of the industry. Recently, we added well services to our portfolio, becoming one of India's first homegrown companies to offer a gamut of well services.

Well services is a niche and highly technical field that has traditionally been dominated by international giants, but we are proud to have entered this space and made a mark. Our recent acquisition of multiple rigs is a testament to our commitment to fleet expansion, and we aim to provide a one-stop solution for all well life cycle needs.

One of our notable initiatives is incubating one of India's first green logistics companies, which is helping industries and conglomerates to reduce their carbon footprint.
