ZunRoof Develops Footprint to 3 New Cities; Contemplates to Range 100 Cities by FY20

In its second phase of expansion, ZunRoof has extended its footprints to three new cities i.e. Chennai, Hyderabad and Kochi.

The move has come as the Pranesh Chaudhary and Sushant Sachan backed home-tech startup targets to offer its residential solar rooftop solutions to sovereign homeowners and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in these cities.

Today, the company’s Pan-India presence stretched to over 50 cities and is planning to expand its footprints to more than 100 cities across twelve states by the end of present financial year i.e. FY2020.

Remarking on the launch, ZunRoof, Founder and CEO, Pranesh Chaudhary said “we had sensed a strong customer demand in southern states of India from the thousands of queries received on our website and social media during last year.”

Chaudhary further added that “the solar panel market in the southern states is dominated by the unorganized sector and initial market survey revealed instances of improper installations, customers being cheated by local players and the absence of substantial after sales service. This is where we come in – an organized, one-stop EPC that offers design, delivery and diagnostics of solar panel installation.”
