Zodiac Energy to Install 10.8 MWp Captive Solar Project in Gujarat for Amanta Healthcare
Zodiac Energy has signed an agreement with Amanta Healthcare to set up a 10.8 MWp captive solar power plant at Baroda village in Gujarat’s Kheda district for captive electricity consumption.

Ahmedabad-based solar EPC company Zodiac Energy has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Amanta Healthcare for the installation of a 10.8 MWp captive solar power plant in Gujarat.
The scope of work includes the installation of a solar power plant of 10.8 MWp capacity at Baroda village in Kheda district of Gujarat, for the generation of electricity for captive consumption, the company stated in a regulatory filing.
Originally incorporated as Zodiac Genset Pvt. Ltd. in 1992, the company was renamed to Zodiac Energy Pvt. Ltd. in 2007. It became a Public Ltd. company in 2017.
"Our company has installed solar power plants for many prominent clients like Sun-Edison India Ltd., Adani Group, Torrent Power Ltd., Gujarat Energy Development Agency, Reserve Bank of India, Directorate of Lighthouse and Lightships, Government of India (GOI), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., to name a few. The company has served more than 15,000 customers with a 300+ MW solar portfolio," claimed the company.
