ZNShine Solarworld Signs MoU with Intelenergi to Boost Solar Module Marketing and Supply

ZNShine Solarworld Pvt. Ltd. the wholly owned subsidiary of Solarworld Energy Solutions Ltd., has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Intelenergi Global Pvt. Ltd. (IGPL) to collaborate on marketing and supplying solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.

The MoU outlines a strategic cooperation in which ZNShine will offer its modules, manufactured at its Roorkee facility with an indicative capacity of 25 MW, for distribution and export. IGPL will focus on marketing these modules across India through retail channels and developing export opportunities in approved international markets.

Under the agreement, ZNShine will allocate production based on confirmed purchase orders, facilitate exports, and ensure supply in line with agreed commercial terms. IGPL, in turn, will provide quarterly demand forecasts and ensure compliance with ZNShine’s brand and technical guidelines.

This partnership aligns with Solarworld Energy Solutions’ broader push to expand its solar module footprint, improve market access, and support renewable energy adoption across the country.
