ZELIO E-Mobility Announces Two-Year Warranty Across Entire Product Line

ZELIO E Mobility has announced a 2-year warranty on all its electric vehicle models, including its two-wheeler and three-wheeler (e-rickshaw) product lines.
This inclusive warranty policy is applicable on all purchases made from April 1, 2025, and reflects the company’s commitment to quality, reliability, and customer-centric innovation.
The warranty covers the motor, controller, and chassis of ZELIO's two-wheeler models—such as the popular X-Men, Gracy, Eeva, and Mystery.
Furthermore, the warranty also extends to ZELIO’s three-wheeler e-rickshaw segment, where the chassis of the Tanga Butterfly and Tanga SS models is protected under the 2-year warranty plan. Notably, this 2-year warranty is not tied to any limited-time window or restricted to a set number of customers- it is a standard offering available to every buyer, with no cap on kilometers driven.

Reinforcing transparency and ease of service, ZELIO has introduced a fully paperless warranty claim process. Customers need only send the rejected parts, and replacements are provided within three working days. The warranty is fully transferable, ensuring that if the vehicle is sold to another owner within the warranty period, the new owner continues to enjoy full coverage.
All warranty services can be availed at any of ZELIO’s 400+ authorized dealerships and service centers across India, with the network poised to grow to 1,000 dealerships by the end of 2025.
