WINAICO’s 300W monocrystalline PERC module passes TÜV Rheinland's IEC Certification

WINAICO has announced that it has worked with TÜV Rheinland to complete the IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 certification tests for the 300 W monocrystalline PERC module. This represents the highest efficiency 60-cell PERC monocrystalline module in the world is ready for mass production, and ready for shipping to all major markets worldwide.

WINAICO is one of the first manufacturers in the world to implement PERC technology in PV modules, with more than 2 years of experience in optimising material combinations to minimise CTM losses (cell to module losses) during manufacturing. WINAICO’s team is able to reduce the CTM losses to below 1%, a marked improvement over the 3.5%-5% experienced by competitors. As a result, WINAICO is able to use current mass production PERC monocrystalline cells to produce 300 W modules.
