Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Appoints Pratik Kirit Joshi as CFO

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd. has announced the appointment of Pratik Kirit Joshi as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective May 3, 2026.

The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors at its recently held meeting. The appointment is part of the company’s efforts to strengthen its financial management and governance framework in line with its expanding business operations.

As per the firm, Joshi brings over 18 years of experience across logistics, telecom, customer service, and financial consulting. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Executive Officer at S D Corporation, where he was involved in financial advisory, including debt syndication, equity fundraising, and capital structuring for SMEs and mid-sized businesses.

He also led Shree Dutt Group for more than 14 years, overseeing transportation and logistics operations while managing relationships with key clients such as GSFC, Panasonic, and Diamond Power.

His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, investor relations, business expansion, and risk assessment. The company expects his leadership to support its financial functions and long-term growth strategy.
