Waaree Solar Americas Secures USD 176 Mn Order to Supply 586 MW Solar Module to US IPP
Waaree Solar Americas Inc., the US arm of Waaree Energies Ltd., has secured a USD 176 million (INR 1,500 crore) deal to supply 586 MW solar modules from a US-based independent power producer. Modules will be manufactured in Waaree’s Texas facility and are scheduled for delivery during FY 2026–27.

Waaree Solar Americas Inc., the wholly-owned US subsidiary of Waaree Energies Ltd., has announced the signing of a 586 MW solar module supply agreement worth USD 176 million (approximately INR 1,500 crore) with a US-based independent power producer.
The modules will be manufactured at Waaree’s state-of-the-art facility in Brookshire, Texas, and are scheduled for delivery during FY 2026–27 across four projects, said the company in a statement. It further added that these modules will leverage several domestically produced components, aligning with the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) guidelines for domestic content requirements and reinforcing the resilience and reliability of the US clean energy supply chain amidst evolving trade and energy policies.
