Waaree Renewable Technologies (WRTL), a subsidiary of Waaree Energies, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Aurovault Data Centers, to develop and operate data centre and digital infrastructure businesses in India and overseas.

Aurovault Data Centers was incorporated on September 14, 2026, through WRTL's wholly owned subsidiary Waaree Green Data Centers, formerly known as Sunsantional Energy, the company said in a regulatory filing.

The new company will focus on establishing, developing, financing, constructing, owning, leasing and operating data centres, including hyperscale, AI-ready, edge and disaster recovery facilities. It will also provide services spanning cloud infrastructure, colocation, data storage, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence infrastructure, GPU hosting and high-performance computing.

Waaree Green Data Centers will hold 100 percent of Aurovault's share capital, with the subsidiary subscribing to the memorandum of association through cash consideration.

As the company was newly incorporated, it had no turnover and had not yet commenced business operations as of the filing date.
