Waaree Renewable Technologies Doubles Revenue and Profit in FY26 on Strong Solar EPC Growth

Waaree Renewable Technologies reported a 108.51 percent YoY rise in FY26 revenue to INR 3,331.42 crore, with PAT increasing 109.09 percent to INR 478.65 crore.

Waaree Renewable Technologies (WRTL), the EPC arm of the Waaree Group, has reported a 108.51 percent YoY growth in revenue from operations in FY26 to INR 3,331.42 crore from INR 1,597.75 crore in FY25. The company’s profit after tax (PAT) has soared to INR 478.65 crore from INR 228.92 crore in FY25, marking a jump of 109.09 percent.
 
In Q4 FY26, the company’s revenue from operations stood at INR 1,102.40 crore, representing a growth of 131.31 percent YoY as compared to INR 476.58 crore in Q4 FY25. PAT stood at INR 155.72 crore as compared to INR 93.76 crore in Q4 FY25, representing a growth of 66.08 percent YoY.
 
Manmohan Sharma, CFO, Waaree Renewable Technologies, said, “India's renewable energy sector continues to build strong momentum with total installed renewable capacity crossing 274 GW, while solar contributed over 150 GW as of March 2026. During FY26, solar additions rose sharply to over 44 GW, compared to about 24 GW in the previous year, marking a significant jump over last year. In FY26, solar accounted for approximately 82 percent of total renewable capacity additions and firmly established solar as the primary driver of India's clean energy transition.”
 
He further added, “Supported by a robust unexecuted EPC order book of 2.83 GWp, WRTL continues to have strong visibility of project execution. Our focus on disciplined delivery, supported by O&M capabilities and operational efficiency, while consistently creating value for our stakeholders within India's evolving renewable energy landscape.”
 
The company has an unexecuted order book of 2.83 GWp, slated for execution over the next 12-15 months. Further, the bidding pipeline continues to gain strong momentum, reaching over 36 GWp, the company stated.
