Waaree Energies’ wholly owned step-down subsidiary, Waaree Forever Energies Four Pvt. Ltd., has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. for the development of a 300 MW wind power project in Dwarka, Gujarat.

The company said the project will be developed in Dwarka, further expanding its renewable energy portfolio in the wind segment.

It may be noted that earlier, the company also unveiled its ‘2.0 UNBOUND’ growth strategy, focused on solar manufacturing, clean energy expansion, battery energy storage systems, and green hydrogen. Waaree also reported strong FY26 financial performance, with revenue and profit rising sharply year-on-year. Meanwhile, its group company, Waaree Renewable Technologies, secured a 300 MWac solar EPC order and posted robust quarterly revenue and profit growth.
