Waaree Energies Ltd. has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sangam Solar One Pvt. Ltd., has commenced operations at its new solar module manufacturing facility in Samakhiali-Kutch, Gujarat.

The facility comprises four solar module manufacturing lines, each with an annual production capacity of 750 MW. Together, the plant adds 3,000 MW  of solar module manufacturing capacity per year.

It may be noted that this new four-line facility follows an earlier phase at the same site, where the company had already commissioned two 750 MW lines in November 2025.

Further, the company reported a strong December quarter with net profit up 26 percent to INR 1,062 crore on INR 7,656 crore revenue, and secured a 500 MW module order for fiscal year 2027.

It is expected to strengthen the company’s domestic manufacturing footprint as demand for locally produced solar modules continues to rise.
