Vsole Solar Inaugurates Solar Inverter Manufacturing Facility in Gujarat

Vsole Solar Energy has launched a new solar inverter manufacturing facility capable of producing 20,000 units per month in Gujarat, enhancing in-house production, quality control, and R&D-driven innovation.

Gujarat-based Vsole Solar Energy has unveiled a state-of-the-art solar inverter manufacturing facility with a capacity to produce about 20,000 inverters every month.

The company's advanced SMT and MI lines have high-speed machines and automated systems that connect every PCB in the right way. “Quality check is carried out at every step of our assembly line. From the installation of the PCB to the final packaging. And all this is under the supervision of experienced technicians,” the company stated.

Vsole Solar further asserted that by having an in-house manufacturing facility, the company will have better control over the entire process, right from product design to dispatch. “Behind every new innovation, there is our dedicated R&D department. Here, new designs, better performance and cost-effective solutions are prepared,” it said.

Vsole Solar’s product range includes single-phase grid tie inverters (1-5 kW) for the residential segment, three-phase grid tie inverters (5-350 kW) for commercial and industrial (C&I) and utility segments, and grid tie hybrid inverters with advanced tech and backup support.

The company also offers 0.6–1.2 kW on-grid/hybrid microinverters, All-in-One solutions with 3.6 kW hybrid inverter integrated with 5.3 kWh LFP battery and 5 kW hybrid inverter integrated with 5.3 kWh LFP battery. It also offers VSO Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries and Zero Export Devices (ZED), which have zero energy loss.
