Vikram Solar, a solar PV module manufacturer, has secured a 187 MW module supply order from a renewable energy developer for solar projects at three locations across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

Under the agreement, Vikram Solar will supply its high-efficiency N-Type TOPCon G12R modules, featuring glass-to-glass construction and bifacial technology, with power ratings ranging from 615–625 Wp.

The engagement builds on Vikram Solar’s existing association with the developer. With ongoing expansion in high-efficiency cell manufacturing and sustained demand from developers, the company continues to strengthen its order book and its contribution to the country’s clean energy transition.

Sameer Nagpal, Chief Executive Officer, Vikram Solar, said, “As India’s solar sector continues to scale, the focus is increasingly on technologies that can deliver performance, reliability and long-term value across utility-scale projects. At Vikram Solar, we remain committed to advancing our technology capabilities and maintaining the manufacturing and execution standards that our customers expect, delivering dependable, high-efficiency solar solutions that support the evolving needs of India’s renewable energy sector.”
