Surat-based Veda Solar has announced the commencement of commercial production for its 550 Wp to 630 Wp solar modules, expanding its manufacturing portfolio for commercial and utility-scale solar applications.
The newly launched modules are now part of the company’s active supply lineup and include products designed for rooftop, commercial and large-scale utility projects. The expanded portfolio includes monofacial, bifacial, black and poly solar modules.
The company stated that its manufacturing operations are supported by a 1.5 GW production capacity facility in Gujarat. Veda Solar added that its modules are manufactured using N-Type TOPCon technology and undergo BIS-certified quality testing before dispatch.
Commercial production of the 550 Wp to 630 Wp modules is an important milestone for Veda Solar, but it is also part of a larger vision. “Our focus is on building a strong manufacturing platform, expanding our product portfolio, and serving customers with quality, consistency, and clear execution. We want buyers to see Veda Solar as a long-term manufacturing partner,” said a Veda Solar management representative.
According to the company, the bifacial module range is designed to enhance energy generation through dual-sided power production, supporting improved output across different installation conditions.
Veda Solar further stated that it is focusing on strengthening supply reliability, delivery timelines, testing standards and after-sales support as demand for domestically manufactured solar modules continues to grow in India.
