Vashi Integrated Solutions Signs PAN-India Distribution Deal with Sigenergy

Vashi Integrated Solutions, a B2B procurement and sourcing partner in the Fast Moving Institutional Goods (FMIG) sector, has signed a Distribution Agreement with Sigenergy, an energy technology company, to strengthen the smart energy ecosystem in India and accelerate the adoption of advanced energy solutions across residential and commercial markets.

The partnership brings together Vashi Integrated Solutions’ market experience, distribution capabilities and growing partner ecosystem with Sigenergy’s portfolio of next-generation energy solutions. As part of the collaboration, the companies will work towards expanding Sigenergy's partner and installer network in India, while providing partners with the training and technical support needed to deploy these solutions effectively. The portfolio will include residential and Commercial and Industrial (C&I) energy solutions, spanning advanced energy storage systems and AI-enabled energy management solutions designed to support smarter and more efficient energy use.

Sigenergy will benefit from Vashi Integrated Solutions’ distribution and service network, built through 39 fulfilment centres, digital platforms and a service footprint spanning 7,500 plus pincodes across 120 plus cities in India. Having served 2 lakh plus customers over its lifetime, Vashi’s deep market connectivity and established relationships across the country will help expand access to Sigenergy’s advanced energy solutions, while creating greater opportunities for partners, installers and customers.
