Vareyn Solar Pvt. Ltd installed a 400kW Agrivoltaic Solar Plant at Nahargarh Ranthambore, the exuberant Palace  Hotel in Rajasthan, owned by the environmentally conscious owner Shri Gaj Singh Ji, who is a passionate supporter of wildlife and green initiatives.

The primary goal of this installation is to promote sustainability and self-reliance on energy needs while maintaining a strong commitment to wildlife preservation. Situated amidst the lush forest of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, Gaj Singh sought to reduce the carbon footprint to zero and utilize the land for a farm-to-table concept for their guests.

The solar plant boasts a capacity of 400kW, operating as an Agrivoltaic System, integrating solar panels with agricultural activities. The state-of-the-art solar plant was commissioned under Vareyn Solar's newest offering, the CAPEX+ Model.

The CAPEX+ Model by Vareyn Solar offers Solar energy with Collateral Free Finance @8% reducing rate. It includes Discom Billing Support & Rectification along with regular Panel Cleaning and Insurance with Zero Depreciation. The CAPEX+ Model is a model wherein project debt finance is arranged by Vareyn Solar without any collateral. The model also offers installation with 2-year maintenance, which includes the following Premium maintenance involves electricity bill checkup, correction, and rectification if needed, Comprehensive Cover with Vareyn, which includes panel replacement at no cost to the customer, including third-party losses, 24 cleaning cycles in a year and All maintenance, corrective, preventive, etc., is covered by Vareyn.

This project is set to make a significant environmental impact, generating green energy equivalent to offsetting the carbon emissions of a 200-acre forest over its operational life. Moreover, the economic benefits are substantial, with a projected return on investment within just two years and an estimated revenue generation of approximately 48% for the next 23 years.

Anticipated to produce nearly 6 lakh units of energy in its first year, this solar plant will significantly contribute to the region's energy needs. The plant is expected to offset approximately 300,000 kilograms of carbon dioxide emissions annually, further contributing to the fight against climate change.

The projected payback period for this environmentally and economically sound investment is remarkably short, standing at just two years.

Unique in many ways, the site has a raised structure for agricultural activities. The site needed to accommodate banana farming along the perimeter of the plant area, necessitating the raising of panels to accommodate the farming plan.

Known for their state-of-the-art quality, Vareyn Solar has employed top-tier equipment, including Navitas Mono PERC Panels and Sungrow Inverters. To address the challenge of wildlife interference, Anti-Monkey Protection Cable Trays, an innovative, patent-pending design by Vareyn Solar Pvt Ltd, have been installed to protect DC wires from monkeys. Safety and durability are paramount, with the plant certified to withstand winds of up to 150 km/hr and utilizing hot dip galvanized iron structures.

"Renewable energy is the way forward. The project at Nahargarh is a great opportunity for similar establishments to see how solar energy is beneficial and augment large-scale savings at the same time. The CAPEX+ Model is our newest offering for our clients to push the boundaries of creation, installation, execution, and maintenance", shared Ishan Chaturvedi, Co-Founder at Vareyn Solar Pvt. Ltd.

“I would like to place on record my deep appreciation Vareyn Solar for the 400kW Ground Mounted 'Agri-Voltaic' Solar PV System for at our Nahargarh Ranthambore property located near Ranthambore Tiger Reserve in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The 400kW Solar PV System with the Galvanized Structure of 3.5-meter minimum height has allowed us to continue our efforts to bring farm to table ingredients to our patrons and has helped in utilizing the space which otherwise would've been blocked for the next 25 Years. Vareyn Solar made sure our onsite fabricated structure of the Solar PV Plant was commissioned within the timeline promised and is proving useful in saving on our Electricity Bills along with helping us in our vision to ever give back to Mother Nature and fight Climate Change. Lastly, I admire the CAPEX+ Model under which our project was executed and hope you will continue such good work in times to come so as to bring more value to your clients”, shared Gaj Singh Alsisar, Owner, Alsisar Group of Hotels.
