Uttarakhand Calls for Applications for Solar Project worth 200 MW

According to UREDA notice, the total cumulative capacity of the project is 200 MW. Furthermore, the last date of submitting the application is March 15, 2019

In an endeavor to encourage clean and green energy in the state, the Government of Uttarakhand has announced that it has called for application from the permanent residents of the state for power generation from solar energy projects.

The Uttarakhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (UREDA) said in its invite notice that, “Uttarakhand Govt. invites online applications from the permanent residents of the state for power generation from solar energy projects in the hilly areas of the state.”

According to UREDA notice, the total cumulative capacity of the project is 200 MW. Furthermore, the last date of submitting the application is March 15, 2019. It further added that, concerned applicants can present their proposal through online ‘Proposal Invitation Form’.

Additionally, interested applicants can get this form and other required details related to the project from the e-tender portal of Uttarakhand Government i.e. www.uktenders.gov.in.

Though, all rights pertaining to cancellation or alteration of this notice are reserved with the Director, UREDA, it added.
