Ursaa Energyworx has launched Ursaa Hybrid, a unified platform integrating fleet tracking, battery intelligence, charging analytics and operational reporting to help enterprises monitor vehicle performance and improve fleet management.
The platform combines real-time vehicle tracking, battery and charging analytics, trip and utilisation reports, route scheduling, compliance monitoring and enterprise administration. It enables fleet operators to assess vehicle availability, examine charging sessions, compare energy consumption with distance travelled and monitor the execution of scheduled routes.
As businesses expand their electric mobility operations, fleet management increasingly requires visibility beyond vehicle locations. Operators need to understand vehicle utilisation, charging patterns, battery performance and route adherence to make informed decisions on deployment, maintenance and asset allocation. Ursaa Hybrid brings these operational parameters together in a common interface.
A key feature of the platform is its integration of battery-level information with daily fleet operations. Where compatible battery management systems (BMS) provide the required data, the platform offers access to parameters such as state of charge, voltage, current, temperature, cycle count and reported state of health. It also enables teams to examine cell-level voltage variations, temperature trends and charging and discharging activity to support maintenance assessments.
For organisations operating mixed fleets of electric and conventional vehicles, Ursaa Hybrid provides a common operational view, with battery insights available where compatible telemetry is supported. Its route-planning and compliance tools allow fleet supervisors to compare scheduled stops with recorded vehicle activity. The system also distinguishes missing tracking data from confirmed missed visits, helping operators investigate exceptions using recorded information.
The platform includes enterprise management features for organisations operating across multiple accounts, regions, stores and device models. These include role-based access, asset grouping, driver assignments, model-specific device commands and configurable branded portals. The features are designed to support fleet operators and service providers managing connected assets across different business structures.
Kapil Sharma, co-founder of Ursaa Energyworx, said that the platform aims to bridge the gap between fleet tracking and battery intelligence as connected and electric vehicle fleets expand. He said that integrating vehicle performance, utilisation and energy consumption data could help businesses improve operational visibility, make better-informed maintenance and deployment decisions, and manage fleets more efficiently.
Abhinav Bhargava, co-founder and chief technology officer of Ursaa Energyworx, said that integrating fleet operations with battery intelligence requires more than aggregating data from different systems. Ursaa Hybrid combines device telemetry, BMS data and fleet activity while accounting for differences in hardware capabilities and data availability. This enables operators to examine patterns in vehicle utilisation, charging behaviour and maintenance requirements.
Ursaa Energyworx has deployed its Internet of Things (IoT)-based fleet-tracking solution across more than 10,000 electric scooters operated by one of India's largest fleet aggregators. The deployment provides centralised visibility into vehicle activity, movement, utilisation and trip performance.
With Ursaa Hybrid, the company is extending its fleet-monitoring capabilities by integrating battery intelligence, route execution and enterprise workflows into a single platform. The offering is intended to support operational planning and data-led management of connected assets.
