E-mobility component manufacturing company Tsuyo Manufacturing has announced that it has been selected among the Top 30 startups from India to showcase its innovations at Viva Technology (VivaTech) 2026, to be held in Paris, France, from June 17-20, 2026.
The selection comes after Tsuyo was chosen among the 120 startups under Bharat Innovates 2026, the flagship innovation initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Following a rigorous evaluation process, only 30 high-potential startups were shortlisted to represent India's innovation ecosystem at VivaTech 2026, placing Tsuyo among a select group of companies showcasing the country's next generation of globally relevant technologies, asserted the company.
Vijay Kumar, Founder and CEO of Tsuyo Manufacturing, commented on the achievement, “Being acknowledged among the Top 30 startups to represent India at VivaTech 2026 is a significant and prestigious honour to our team's innovation, engineering excellence, and dedication. As the global mobility industry undergoes a transformative shift towards electrification, platforms like VivaTech offer invaluable opportunities to showcase India's deep-tech capabilities and establish meaningful collaborations with global stakeholders. We are excited to present our indigenous powertrain innovations on this prestigious and global stage.”
Lalit Baid, Founder and COO, Tsuyo Manufacturing, added, “At Tsuyo, our focus has always been on building reliable, high-performance, and scalable powertrain technologies that can support the next phase of EV adoption. A defining pillar of this vision is our patented RE-free magnet motor technology and patented hybrid motor architecture — innovations that enable sustainable, high-performance electric motors without dependence on rare-earth magnets, directly eliminating the supply chain vulnerabilities associated with China-dominated RE magnet sourcing. Representing India at VivaTech 2026 — Europe's largest and most influential technology event — will enable us to showcase these patented innovations on a truly global stage, explore strategic partnerships, gain international market exposure, and contribute to positioning India as a global centre for advanced EV manufacturing and innovation.”
VivaTech brings together thousands of startups, investors, multinational corporations, research institutions, and policymakers from across the world, making it one of the most influential platforms for innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology-driven collaboration. Participation in the event provides a global platform to demonstrate the strength of indigenous EV powertrain technologies developed and manufactured in India and to engage with international investors, technology leaders, OEMs, policymakers, and innovation stakeholders, stated the company.
