Triveni Power Transmission Ltd. (TPTL), a manufacturer of high speed gearboxes and engineered power transmission solutions, has partnered with Salesforce, an AI customer relationship management (CRM) platform provider, as part of its digital transformation strategy to strengthen customer engagement, improve business visibility and support sustainable growth.
TPTL said that the collaboration marks a significant milestone in its digital transformation journey towards becoming a more connected, data driven and customer centric organisation. By deploying Salesforce's Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Service solutions, the company aims to unify customer information, improve forecasting and strengthen collaboration across key business functions. The implementation will establish a single integrated platform that enables teams to access real time customer insights, track opportunities more effectively and make faster, data backed decisions.
The company said that the implementation will enhance business execution and customer responsiveness by connecting customer interactions with downstream processes, including manufacturing, delivery, invoicing and after sales service. The integrated system is also expected to provide end to end visibility across the value chain while leveraging AI powered analytics to identify growth opportunities, anticipate market trends and manage business risks.
Tarun Sawhney, Director at Triveni Power Transmission Ltd., said that digital transformation is a strategic priority for the company as it enters its next phase of growth. He added that the collaboration with Salesforce reflects TPTL's commitment to building a globally competitive, operationally resilient and insight driven organisation capable of delivering sustainable long term value.
Rajiv Rajpal, CEO of Triveni Power Transmission Ltd., said that the partnership will strengthen customer relationships by improving visibility and responsiveness throughout the customer lifecycle, from opportunity identification and tendering to project execution and after sales support.
Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director of Salesforce India, said that the collaboration will help TPTL connect data, intelligence and customer engagement across its operations while laying the foundation for future AI enabled sales and customer intelligence capabilities.
TPTL, part of the Triveni Group, has more than 14,000 installations across over 80 countries and over 50 GW of installed gear capacity. The company is preparing for an independent listing on the NSE and BSE following the demerger of its power transmission business from Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd.
