Transrail Lighting Secures INR 534 Crore Order in T&D Segment

Transmission and Distribution EPC company Transrail Lighting Ltd. has announced fresh order wins worth INR 534 crore across domestic and international markets in the T&D segment.

Transmission and Distribution EPC company Transrail Lighting Ltd. has announced that the company has secured new orders worth INR 534 crore across domestic and international market in the transmission and distribution (T&D) segment.

Commenting on the development, Randeep Narang, MD and CEO, Transrail Lighting said, “We are pleased to begin the new financial year with a steady build-up in order inflows, led by wins in our core transmission and distribution segment. These new orders also include our biggest substation job which we are going to execute in Africa. With FY26 order intake already crossing 1,600 crore, we remain focused on efficient execution and timely delivery.”

Transrail Lighting is an Indian EPC company having focuses on Power T&D with integrated manufacturing facilities for lattice structures, conductors and monopoles. “The company has completed more than 200 projects in power transmission and distribution vertical, along with comprehensive and extensive project execution capabilities in terms of manpower, supply of materials, including self-manufactured products,” shared the company.

In Q4, FY’25, the company reported a 39.76 percent Y-o-Y revenue growth led by the T&D segment. IN FY’25, its operating revenue reached INR 5,307.75 crore, marking an increase of 30.20 percent. The company received new orders worth INR 4,965 crore in Q4FY25 taking to total order intake for the FY25 to INR 9,680 crore, majorly coming from the transmission and distribution segment.
