Transrail Lighting has secured new orders worth INR 408 crore, primarily comprising a greenfield engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) project for a gas-insulated substation (GIS) in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, along with other domestic orders.
The latest wins take the company's year-to-date (YTD) order inflow to INR 2,429 crore. The company said it had accumulated orders worth INR 1,394 crore over the preceding fortnight.
“The major order is a Greenfield EPC job of a substation project in the MENA region which is on advanced gas-insulated technology, which is a testimony to our advanced skill sets,” said Randeep Narang, MD and CEO of Transrail Lighting.
“We continue to garner new orders on back of the increasing T&D spends worldwide. With this, just in last fortnight we have accumulated orders worth INR 1,394 crore, taking the YTD order inflow to INR 2,429 crore,” Narang said.
“We continue to grow in a balanced manner both in domestic and International markets across our products and services,” he added.
