Transrail Lighting Expands Tower Capacity to 1.72 Lakh MTPA

Transrail Lighting Ltd. has announced a significant enhancement in its tower manufacturing capacity following the completion of expansion projects across multiple locations.

The company informed stock exchanges that its greenfield facility at Butibori is now fully operational, with commercial production commenced.

In addition, the brownfield expansion across existing facilities at Deoli, Baroda, and Silvassa has been partially complaeted, contributing to the overall capacity increase. With these developments, the company’s total installed tower manufacturing capacity has more than doubled from 84,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) to 1,72,400 MTPA.

The capacity augmentation is expected to strengthen Transrail’s execution capabilities and support growing demand in transmission and infrastructure projects.
