Tender for design,engineering,manufacture,supply etc. of Class A sun simulator

Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India  has invited sealed tenders in two parts (Technical and Commercial separately) from original manufacturers or from their authorized Indian agents for design, engineering, manufacture, supply, Installation and Commissioning of class A sun simulator for STC performance measurement of PV modules as per International Standard IEC 60904-1 at Solar Energy Centre, GwalPahari, Gurgaon. The bidder must have already supplied such or superior system in India or abroad and a report on the performance of the systems from the client must be enclosed. A clientele list should also be furnished along with the Technical Bid. The supply should cover the design, engineering, manufacture, supply, Installation and Commissioning of one class A sun simulator along with options, accessories, spares and consumables for five years, packaging and forwarding, installation, commissioning & trial testing at Solar Energy Centre and providing training to personnel at Solar Energy Centre.

• Closing time and date of receipt of tenders at SEC& MNRE 23rd January 2014at 12.00AM
• Opening of Technical Bids on 23rd JANUARY 2014 at 15.00hours
• Opening of Financial Bids of technically qualified tenders will be (tentatively) after one week of opening the technical bids. In case of any delay the same will be informed to the technically qualified bidders.
