Tender for Class A sun simulator

MNRE invites tenders or design, engineering, manufacture and supply of Class A sun simulator at  Solar Energy Centre, Gwal Pahari, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. 

The tenders are Invited in from original manufacturers for design, engineering, manufacture and supply of class A sun simulator for STC performance measurement of PV modules as per International Standard IEC 61646. Preference will be given to the suppliers who have their local service Centre(agents) in India.

Tenders are to be submitted in two parts i.e. Part-I containing Technical competence/literature along with Demand Draft for EMD, and Part-II containing only commercial invoice in a separate sealed envelope, super scribed as commercial bid.

The class A sun simulator in all respects along with options, accessories, reference module, monitor cell, spares and consumables for five years should be delivered in a single consignment at the site/consignee within 4 months from the date of issue of confirmed supply order monitor cell , spares and consumables for five years fully conforms to the specifications by carrying out complete pre-inspection of each component before dispatch.

• Closing time and date for receipt of tenders at NISE: 1.00 p.m. on 30th October, 2014
• Opening of Technical Bids: 3.00 p.m. on 30th October, 2014
• Opening of Financial Bids of technically qualified tenders: 18th November, 2014 at 3.00p.m. (tentative)
