Tata Motors is all set to launch Harrier.ev on June 3, 2025. The new electric vehicle (EV) will join Tata’s growing lineup of EVs, which includes electric SUVs like the Punch.ev, Nexon.ev, and the Curvv.ev.

The ‘EV’ badge on the front doors and the ‘HARRIER.EV’ lettering on the tailgate further distinguish the model. The EV made its public debut at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Global Expo.

The Harrier.ev flaunts a revamped design and looks similar to the updated diesel version Harrier Facelift, which is currently on sale. While the overall shape is identical, the EV can be distinguished by its unique grille. It also flaunts a different front bumper.

Tata has not specified the size range for the aero-efficient serrated turbine blade wheels; however, 17-19 inches is expected.

The images of the EV reveal a new set of alloy wheels, resembling those found on the Harrier Stealth Edition. Additionally, the roof rails look noticeably chunkier compared to previous Harrier models. Apart from these changes and the distinct Harrier.ev branding, the overall design remains largely the same as the diesel-powered version.

The cabin layout of the new EV will closely mirror that of its internal combustion engine (ICE) counterpart. The Stealth Edition is likely to feature the same design finished in an all-black theme, while the standard version is expected to sport a dual-tone dashboard. Key interior highlights include a 12.3-inch Harman infotainment system and a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster. The rear section houses a connected light bar, and bumper-mounted vertical fog lamp housings.

The Harrier.ev is equipped with Tata’s Acti.ev Gen 2 architecture. It will be powered with a dual electric motor to give it all-wheel-drive capability. The company did not share any information about Harrier EV's battery specifications, it will likely be bigger than the Curvv EV’s 55kWh unit. Harrier.ev offers a peak torque of 500 Nm, likely to have over 500 km of range.
