SWREL Receives 245 MW Contract from Gujarat PSU
SWREL has announced that the company has emerged as the L1 bidder in a tender of a leading PSU developer for a turn-key EPC package for development of a 225 MW (AC) grid- connected Solar PV project in Gujarat, India.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd. has announced that the company has been declared as L1 bidder in a tender of a reputed PSU developer for a turn-key EPC package for the development of a 245 MW (AC) grid -connected Solar PV Project in Gujarat, India.
Speaking on emerging as a successful L1 bidder, Chandra Kishore Thakur, Global CEO, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Group, said, “We are excited to continue to build our gross order inflows1 (including L1) which has exceeded INR 2,000 crore this year.”
“This further strengthens our position in the domestic market, which reaffirms our position as a trusted partner in renewable industry. The overall renewable market including domestic market continues to remain very buoyant, and ordering activity is beginning to gather pace which is likely to benefit EPC players going forward,” added Thakur.
