Sterlite Electric Bags INR 2,400 Cr in Q4 Orders, FY’25 Total Surges to INR 7,500 Cr
Sterlite Electric Ltd (formerly known as Sterlite Power Transmission Limited) has secured INR 2,400 crore in orders during Q4 FY’25, marking its highest quarterly order book win for the financial year.

The order book spans high-performance conductors, power cables, Optical Ground Wire (OPGW), and specialized EPC services, with a particular focus on advancing India’s green energy transmission infrastructure. The company also continues to expand its export footprint, particularly in the Americas, European Union, Africa, and the Middle East, with high-performance conductors and OPGW solutions.

In Q4, Sterlite Electric secured several major orders across its key business segments, reinforcing its leadership in high-performance transmission solutions. In the High-Performance Conductors and OPGW segment, the company received prestigious orders for TBCB projects and EPC-based conductor supplies crucial for renewable power evacuation, along with strong demand from PGCIL and state utilities for 96F and 144F OPGW cables. Export momentum remained strong in the Americas, EU, Africa, and the Middle East, with the OPGW segment making new inroads into Europe and the Middle East.
In Power Cables, the company won orders across MV, HV, and EHV categories from state utilities, private Discoms, metro systems, and power generators. It also expanded its global footprint with a 132 kV smart cable project in South-East Asia and repeat orders from electricity authorities in Asia and Africa, including its largest 220 kV smart cable order from India’s top private power distributor.
Additionally, in Specialized EPC Services, the company secured projects from leading state utilities for uprating and reconductoring using advanced ACCC technology, underlining its capability to deliver integrated, high-performance solutions that support India’s clean energy transition and transmission innovation globally.
