Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Wins INR 3,490 Cr Solar Project from Coal India
Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy emerges as L1 bidder for 875 MW solar project in Rajasthan, taking FY26 EPC order inflows beyond INR 10,000 crore with an additional Maharashtra project win.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy (SWREL), a renewable EPC has announced that the company has been declared as L1 bidder in a tender of Coal India for a turn-key EPC package for development of a 875 MW (AC) grid connected Solar PV Project in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. The total value of the contract including O&M and taxes is approximately INR 3,490 crore.
The company also received an order for a 50 MW AC project in Maharashtra, India from an Indian Private IPP.
With these new order wins, the total value of EPC order inflow in FY26 has exceeded INR 10,062 crore.
