Solis Unveils 125kW Hybrid Inverter and AI Energy Assistant at Intersolar Europe 2025
Solar inverter and energy technology company Solis has unveiled two new products at Intersolar Europe 2025, marking its 20th anniversary with the global debut of a 125kW hybrid inverter and an AI-powered smart energy assistant.

Global solar inverter and energy solutions provider Solis marked the opening of Intersolar Europe 2025 with the launch of two major products: the world’s largest wall-mounted hybrid inverter and Solis AI, an integrated smart energy assistant aimed at automating and optimising solar energy usage for residential and commercial applications. The announcement comes as the company celebrates its 20th anniversary.
Making its global debut in Munich, the S6-EH3P(75–125)K10-NV-YD-H hybrid inverter is designed for commercial energy storage. The wall-mounted, high-voltage, three-phase unit delivers up to 125kW of output, which the company claims is the highest in its class.
It features dual 100A charge/discharge capability via two independently controlled battery ports, 10 maximum power point trackers (MPPTs), and supports a 21A string current for flexible PV system design. The system allows parallel operation of up to six units, totalling 750kW, and includes a 2.0x overload backup capacity.
Sandy Woodward, Solis Europe General Manager said, “This innovation eliminates the traditional compromise between power and space requirements. We're giving commercial operators the flexibility to maximise their energy independence while optimising costs.”
Also introduced on the first day of the show was Solis AI, a smart assistant embedded in the SolisCloud platform. Solis AI is built to manage solar systems with minimal user intervention by using predictive controls. It can optimise charging based on weather forecasts, adapt to user energy habits, respond in real-time to changing tariffs, and ensure compliance with grid requirements, said the company.
Woodward added, “Solis AI is designed to let the system think ahead — so users don’t have to. It’s the next step in our mission to make clean energy not just available, but intelligent.”
Founded in 2005, Solis has shipped over 100GW of inverters globally. Reflecting on the milestone, Woodward said, “Our anniversary is not just about looking back, but about driving the industry forward. These new products demonstrate our commitment to making clean energy more accessible and effective for all.”
