The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Jerry Cui, Sales Director of APAC and MEA Market, SolaX Power Network Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., and Krishna, CEO and MD, Evervolt Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. It encapsulates the full scope of collaboration between the two entities, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
This collaboration leverages SolaX's innovative technologies like string inverters, hybrid inverters, and lithium-ion batteries with Evervolt's extensive distribution network and market expertise.
As the pan-India distributor for SolaX's renewable energy solutions, Evervolt will spearhead the introduction of these technologies across various sectors in India.
SolaX will support Evervolt with product training, marketing materials, and technical assistance to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of its solutions.
