Solarworld Energy Solutions Secures INR 725 Cr EPC Contract for 250 MW Solar Project from NTPC REL
Solarworld Energy Solutions has received an INR 725.33 crore Letter of Award from NTPC Renewable Energy for EPC work on a 250 MW(ac) grid-connected solar PV project.

The project is scheduled to be completed in FY 2026-27, the company stated in a regulatory filing.
In September 2025, the company raised about INR 490 crore through its initial public offering (IPO).
In July 2025, Solarworld bagged an EPC contract for a 325 MW solar PV project in Bikaner, Rajasthan from NTPC Renewable Energy.
In April 2025, the company won 200 MW at the tariff of INR 2.80 lakh/MWh/month in Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam’s (GUVNL) 500 MW/1,000 MWh standalone battery energy storage systems (BESS) auction.
In January 2025, Solarworld Energy Solutions won 125 MW/250 MWh at a tariff of INR 2.21 lakh/MW/month in Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam’s (RVUNL) auction for the development of 500 MW/1,000 MWh standalone BESS.
