SolarEdge Technologies Signs European Solar Energy Charter

SolarEdge Technologies has announced that it has its signed the European Commission’s European Solar Energy Charter, reaffirming its commitment to strengthening the European photovoltaic manufacturing sector.
The signing ceremony, which took place in Brussels, saw SolarEdge join forces with a consortium of companies from the European solar energy sector, alongside 23 European Union (EU) Energy Ministers.
Alfred Karlstetter, SolarEdge's General Manager for Europe, emphasized the company's pivotal role as a premium manufacturer and leading provider of optimized inverter solutions, revolutionizing the way power is harvested and managed in photovoltaic systems.
In his statement, Karlstetter said, “SolarEdge plays a key role in the diversification and resilience of EU solar PV product supply chains.
