Skipper Limited further extends its reach in international boundaries

Company received Power Grid approvals for the Poles Division

Skipper Limited has announced its further international business penetration by bagging new orders in the countries of Kenya, Cameroon, Congo, Ghana & Malaysia as well as in the domestic market. These orders are for supply of Transmission & Sub-station Towers, Distribution Poles and Steel Angles and are valued at approx. 100 cr. The company spokesperson also shared the news of receiving Powergrid approval for its Poles division.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Sharan Bansal, Director, Skipper Limited, said, ‘We are excited to share our entry into major African markets like Kenya, Cameroon, Congo , Ghana and Asian markets in countries like Malaysia as a result of our international business push. We have also lately received Powergrid approval for our Distribution Poles which will help us tap the large potential for Poles in the north eastern region of the country due to the upcoming Power Grid DMS projects. ’

He further added, ‘At Skipper the objective is to produce world - class quality products ensuring robust national infrastructure development and supporting the governments ‘Make in India’ theme. We will continue to deliver high-quality products in the years to come.”
