SJVN Tenders EPC Package for 951 MW Solar Projects in Maharashtra Under MSKVY 2.0
SJVN Green Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SJVN, has invited bids for an EPC tender to develop 74 solar projects totalling 951 MW under MSKVY 2.0 in Maharashtra. Bid submission ends on July 22, 2025.

SJVN Green Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SJVN, has tendered an EPC package for setting up 74 solar projects with a cumulative capacity of 951 MW under MSKVY 2.0 (PM Kusum Component C) in Maharashtra.
The scope of work includes the design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the solar projects, along with three years of operations and maintenance services.
Selected bidders are responsible for identifying and acquiring the project land, developing the evacuation infrastructure up to the interconnection point, and installing an SCADA-based monitoring system.
Only solar modules listed in the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) are permitted for use.
Bidders need to pay INR 5,000 (plus GST) as a cost of the bid document. Further, they need to furnish INR 11.20 lakh/MW as an earnest money deposit (EMD).
The last date for submission of bids is July 22, 2025 till 2:00 PM. The techno-commercial bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM.
The bidder, either as a Developer or an EPC player, must have designed, supplied, erected/supervised erection and commissioned Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) based grid-connected power plant(s) of cumulative installed capacity of 30 MWp or higher capacity out of which at least one plant must be of 10 MWp or higher capacity.
The reference plant of 10 MWp or higher capacity must be in successful operation for at least three months prior to the last day of month previous to one in which the NIT is issued.
Alternatively, the bidder either as a developer or as an EPC contractor, must have executed an industrial project in the area of power, steel, oil and gas, petro-chemical, fertilizer, cement, coal mining including coal handling plant and or any other process industry, or in infrastructure development project of a value of INR 1.68 crore/MW in a single project or single work and the same should be in successful operation for at least six months prior to the last day of month previous to one in which NIT is issued.
Additionally, the bidder must have executed at least one electrical sub-station of 33 kV or above voltage level, consisting of equipment such as 33kV or above voltage level circuit breakers and power transformer, either as developer or as EPC contractor which should be in successful operation for at least six months prior to the last day of month previous to one in which NIT is issued.
The bidder must have an annual average turnover of INR 1.68 crore/MW for the last three financial years.
