SJVN Invites E-Tenders for O&M of 47.60 MW Khirvire Wind Power Station

SJVN Limited has initiated the process of inviting e-tenders for the comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) of its 47.60 MW Khirvire Wind Power Station (KWPS) located in Khirvire/Kombhalne Villages, District Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. 

The tender process will be conducted through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

Under the single-stage two-bid system, consisting of a Techno-Commercial Bid and a Price Bid, interested parties are invited to submit their bids in accordance with the pre-qualification criteria outlined in Section III of the tender document. 

Scheduled for April 3, 2024, the GEM Bid date marks the commencement of the process, conducted entirely online through the GeM Bid platform. Interested parties have the opportunity to download the tender documents from April 3, 2024, to May 2, 2024.

Clarification queries are welcome until April 25, 2024. Additionally, a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 12, 2024, either at SJVN Ltd.'s Conference Room in New Delhi or through video conferencing.

Bidders must ensure their submissions are made within the specified timeframe, between April 3, 2024, and May 2, 2024. The opening of Techno-Commercial Bids is slated for May 2, 2024.

Furthermore, the bid validity period extends to 120 days from the last date of bid submission, with bids to be denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). The tender mandates an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 61,08,000/-, with provisions for exemption for MSME/Start-Ups, as per the tender document. Additionally, performance security amounting to 5 percent of the total contract value (excluding GST) is required to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Bidders are required to submit their bids through the GeM Portal, utilizing their GeM Seller ID and Password. Those without a GeM Seller ID must register themselves as sellers on the GeM Portal before participating in the tender. The submission of bids must adhere to the bid specifications outlined on the GeM Portal.
