Singareni Collieries Company Invites Bids for 9.8 MWp Rooftop Solar Projects in Telangana
The Singareni Collieries Company has invited bids to set up 9.8 MWp grid-connected rooftop solar plants worth INR 54 crore. Bid submission ends on October 8, 2025.

The scope of work includes design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cumulative capacity of 9,800 kWp (DC) rooftop solar plants. The bidder must also offer 10 years of comprehensive operation and maintenance.
The estimated value of the contract is INR 54 crore. Bidder must submit an earnest money deposit (EMD) of INR 54 lakh.
The last date for submission of bids is October 8, 2025.
The PV module technology must be MONO-PERC/TOPCON Crystalline technology and its rating must be 540Wp or above. The origin of supply of modules is EPC firm’s choice from ALMM with or without DCR Cells.
The bidder must have experience in as an EPC or a developer in the execution of grid-connected solar projects of cumulative (ground/rooftop) capacity not less than 2,900 kWp (DC) in the last seven financial years.
Out of the above, at least five grid-connected solar PV power plant must have an individual capacity of 300 kWp (DC) or above. However, such solar PV power plant capacity must be in satisfactory operation for any consecutive six months prior to the last date of bid submission.
As for financial eligibility, the Minimum Average Annual Turnover must be INR 17.64 crore for the last three financial years. Additionally, the net worth for the last audited financial year (2023-24) must be positive. It must also possess a minimum working capital of INR 11.76 crore.
