As per the firm's statement, Simple Ultra is India’s longest-range electric scooter powered by a 6.5 kWh battery, delivering an IDC-certified range of 400 km, making it the country’s first scooter to cross this milestone. It is also India’s second fastest electric scooter, reaching a top speed of 115 kmph and accelerating from 0–40 kmph in just 2.77 seconds.

The Gen 2 Simple One comes in two battery variants viz. a 4.5 kWh version offering 236 km IDC range at INR 1,69,999, and a 5 kWh version delivering 265 km IDC range at INR 1,77,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). Simple OneS Gen 2 features a 3.7 kWh battery, with an improved IDC range of 190 km, priced at INR 1,49,999. Simple Energy has also announced a limited-time introductory offer, with prices starting at INR 1,39,999.

Built on the company’s advanced in-house architecture, the Gen 2 scooters feature enhanced performance, lighter kerb weights, improved underseat storage, and upgraded rider-focused designs. The Simple One Gen 2 introduces traction control, four-level regenerative braking, cruise control, and six riding modes, while Simple OneS Gen 2 enhances braking and range performance.

Both models support home charging via a portable 750W charger, and feature connected dashboards with LTE and Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, over-the-air updates, and safety tools including Find My Vehicle and TPMS.

Suhas Rajkumar, Founder and CEO, Simple Energy, said, “Our Gen 2 portfolio reflects an innovation-first approach, offering differentiated products across range and performance needs. Simple Ultra delivers an industry-first 400 km IDC range, setting new benchmarks for Indian electric two-wheelers. We’re delivering confidence, freedom, and truly anxiety-free mobility.”
