Simple Energy Partners with Amazon India and Flipkart to Launch Online Sales of Electric Scooters

Simple Energy, the Bengaluru-based electric vehicle maker, has partnered with Amazon India and Flipkart to bring its scooters directly to consumers’ doorsteps. The company’s flagship models, Simple One Gen 1.5 and Simple OneS, are now available for online booking, marking a significant step toward a digital-first buying experience.

The launch coincides with India’s festive season. Customers can avail exclusive discounts during Amazon India’s Great Indian Festival, valid until 20 October 2025, and Flipkart’s Big Bang Diwali sale, valid until 24 October 2025. On Amazon India, buyers can get up to INR 16,434 off on the Simple One and OneS, depending on the payment method. Flipkart offers flat discounts of INR 7,500 on Simple One and INR 5,000 on Simple OneS, with additional benefits for SBI and Axis Bank cardholders and a 12-month no-cost EMI option.

Simple Energy currently operates 57 showrooms across cities including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur, Kochi, Vijayawada, and Vizag. The company plans to expand its retail network with 150 new stores and 200 service centers across India by FY 2026.

The Simple One Gen 1.5 is India’s highest-range electric scooter with a 248 km IDC range and acceleration from 0–40 km/h in 2.77 seconds. It features 30L under-seat storage, app integration, navigation, OTA updates, multiple ride modes, regenerative braking, TPMS, and USB charging. Prices start at INR 1,71,944 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).

The Simple OneS offers a 181 km IDC range, top speed of 105 km/h, and accelerates from 0–40 km/h in 2.55 seconds. Powered by a 3.7 kWh battery and 8.5 kW motor, it comes with four ride modes, a 7” touchscreen, 5G e-SIM, Bluetooth, app integration, and advanced safety features. Prices start at INR 1,54,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).
