Siemens Ltd. wins order worth Rs. 67 crore for Gas Insulated Switchgear
Involves supply of 400kV & 220kV GIS including supervi-sion of Erection,Testing & Commissioning

Siemens Ltd. has announced that it has won a crucial order worth approximately Rs. 67 crore for supply of High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear from Larsen & Toubro for a substation project of Himachal Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited, the power transmission utility of Himachal Pradesh. The scope of work involves supply of 400kV and 220kV GIS including supervision of Erection, Testing & commissioning. The GIS will be manufactured in Siemens’ state-of-the-art factory in Aurangabad.
