Serentica and Envision Collaborate to Boost India’s Wind Energy Capacity

Serentica Renewables has awarded Envision Energy India the contract to supply advanced 5 MW Smart Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) for its upcoming 560 MW wind project in India, with deliveries scheduled to begin in February 2026.

Serentica Renewables has selected Envision Energy India to supply Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) for its 560 MW Wind Project in India. The project will feature advanced Envision Smart WTGs, each with a 5MW rated capacity. The delivery for the project is expected to commence by February 2026.

Commenting on the development, Akshay Hiranandani, CEO, Serentica Renewables, said, “We are confident that this partnership with Envision Energy India will be pivotal in advancing the country’s renewable energy goals by delivering reliable green power to industries. Serentica shortlisted Envision Group’s high-performance wind turbines for their superior reliability, efficiency, and capacity to deliver sustained power. These turbines will play a pivotal role in generating sustainable power for energy-intensive industries.
