SEPC Secures INR 650 Crore EPC Contract from Parmeshi Urja for 133 MW Solar Project in Maharashtra
Chennai-based SEPC Ltd., formerly Shriram EPC Ltd., has secured an INR 650 crore EPC contract from Kolkata’s Parmeshi Urja Ltd. to develop 133 MW AC solar power projects across 26 sites in Maharashtra.

Chennai-based SEPC Ltd., formerly known as Shriram EPC Ltd., has announced that the company has received a Letter of Award worth INR 650 crore from Kolkata-based Parmeshi Urja Ltd., for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of 133 MW AC solar power projects spread across 26 locations in Maharashtra.
The EPC project will cover four districts in Maharshtra and the time period by which the contract is to be executed will be mutually agreed at the kick off meetings to be conducted at each of the location, the company said in a regulatory filing.
SEPC is engaged in providing integrated engineering services across infrastructure sectors including renewable energy, water, and waste treatment. In FY25, the company recorded a standalone revenue of INR 597.65 crore, an EBITDA of INR 99.24 crore and net profit of INR 25.15 crore.
