Selection Of Agency To Carry Out Areal Topography Survey At The UT of Ladakah
Bidders/Firms/Agencies are invited to tender for "SELECTION OF AGENCY TO CARRY OUT AERIAL TOPOGRAPHY SURVEY AT THE UT OF LADAKH" by Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited.

Prospective bidders shall submit their offers in separate sealed covers, superscribed with "SELECTION OF AGENCY TO CARRY OUT AERIAL TOPOGRAPHY SURVEY AT THE UT OF LADAKH" and mailed to the SECI office on or before June 8, 2022, at 1400 hrs.
The aerial survey/contour & topographical survey/mapping/ aerial photogrammetry's goal is to map the ground contours and determine the topographical properties of land parcels located in the Pang-Debring-Kharnak areas of Leh, UT Ladakh.
Drone/UAV deployment with survey tools, equipment/instruments for automated data collection, and high-resolution image/video capture.
The work will entail conducting a detailed engineering topographic survey and contour using drones/ UAVs, as well as creating plans (maps) at appropriate scales, capturing all physical features such as roads, trees, electric lines/ poles, water lines, stormwater drains, wells, rivulets, dune sand areas, localised rock outcrops, nullahs/ canals, grazing/ pasture grounds, concrete structures, human settlements, and so on.
The bidder has to arrange the supply of technology and software for scientifically analysing obtained data, generating reports in specified forms and formats, and creating 2D maps and 3D models.
Engagement of adequate numbers of skilled and experienced survey personnel/manpower to complete this task in the selected area in Leh (altitude varies from 4200m AMSL to 5200m AMSL) within the specified timeframe.
The bidder must be well-known, experienced, and financially solid in Ariel Topography Survey Service Provider/Agency. The agency will be chosen for a contract duration of three (03) months beginning on the date the offer is issued.
The Bidders are deemed to have examined the Tender Document, to have obtained their own information in all matters relating to the performance of the works in accordance with the scope of work specified elsewhere in the document at the offered rates, and to have satisfied themselves of the sufficiency of his bid.
Regardless of any defects, omissions, or errors in the bid documents, the Bidder is deemed to know the scope, nature, and magnitude of the works, as well as the requirements for materials, equipment, tools, labour, wage structures, and what all work he has to complete in accordance with the bid documents.
