SECI Seeks PMU Supplier for 100 MW Solar PV Project with 120 MWh BESS in Chhattisgarh
Solar Energy Corporation of India has invited bids for the supply, installation, testing and integration of a Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) system for its 100 MW solar PV project coupled with a 40 MW/120 MWh BESS at Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh.

The bidder must provide a comprehensive solution including the supply of Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) along with the required auxiliaries and accessories, installation and testing, data validation and data integration with the Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Company (CSPTCL) SLDC's Phasor Data Concentrator (PDC).
Bidders need to pay INR 5,900 as a tender processing fee. Further, they need to furnish INR 72,000 as an earnest money deposit (EMD).
The last date for submission of bids online is August 27, 2026, till 2:00 PM. The techno-commercial bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM.
The bidder must be in the field of providing similar works for not less than seven years as on the last date of bid submission. The bidder must have got the equipment type tested with CPRI/ERDA/NABL accredited labs before supply of equipment.
The bidder must have satisfactorily executed contracts during any of the last seven years for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs), including accessories, auxiliary equipment and integration with Phasor Data Concentrators (PDCs), for any central/state transmission, generation or distribution utility, CPSU, SPSU, or transmission licensee.
The bidder must have successfully completed either one similar work order worth at least INR 29 lakh, two similar work orders worth at least INR 18 lakh each, or three similar work orders worth at least INR 14.5 lakh each during the current financial year or the preceding seven financial years.
The minimum average annual turnover (MAAT) of the bidder in the last three financial years must be at least INR 11 lakh. The net worth for the last financial year must be positive.
