SECI Floats 5-Year Operation and Maintenance Tender for 10 MW Solar Project in Rajasthan
Solar Energy Corporation of India has issued a tender for five years of operations, maintenance, and insurance services for its 10 MW ground-mounted solar power plant at Badi Sid, Rajasthan.

The Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. (SECI) has invited bids for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of its 10 MW ground-mounted solar power plant located at Badi Sid, Rajasthan. The five-year contract also includes comprehensive insurance coverage for the project.
According to the tender notice, the estimated earnest money deposit (EMD) is set at INR 5.27 lakh, with a tender processing fee of INR 25,000. The selected bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance Security amounting to 5 percent of the total contract value. The bid will be conducted through an online process, with an e-reverse auction scheduled as part of the tendering mechanism.
SECI will hold a pre-bid meeting on July 22, 2025, to address any queries from potential bidders. The final date for online and offline submission of bids is August 5, 2025, with bid opening scheduled later that same day.
This tender continues SECI’s efforts to ensure efficient long-term operation of its solar assets under India's national renewable energy push, particularly in the high-potential state of Rajasthan.
