Schneider Electric Appoints Damini Chaudhari as Vice President- Services, Greater India Zone

Schneider Electric has appointed Damini Chaudhari as Vice Presiden, Services for the Greater India Zone, effective 1 October 2025. She succeeds Ramesh Jha, who assumes the global role of SVP for Global Services Strategy and Operations.

Chaudhari will oversee the Services Business with full P&L responsibility and lead the ESE MV Business. She aims to drive innovation, digital transformation, and customer-centric growth in line with Schneider Electric’s strategic ambitions.

Since joining in 2016 as Director, Corporate M&A, Chaudhari has held multiple leadership roles across Strategy, M&A, and CSR, spearheading transformative initiatives across Greater India.

Commenting on the appointment, Deepak Sharma, Zone President Greater India and MD and CEO, Schneider Electric India, said, “Damini has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic foresight. Her appointment, alongside Ramesh’s global elevation, underscores our robust leadership pipeline and commitment to continuity.”
